My story
Notes from foster family: Billy is a fluffy love bug hidden under a thick layer of scaredy cat. This timid boy will take a while to warm up, but once he does, the demand for pets is fierce with a dash of hesitation. Once he knows he's safe and pets have been confirmed, this walking cloud will rise up to headbutt your hand if you try to pull away before his pet quota is met. When satisfied, or spooked, he'll slink back into his hiding place or the nearest shaft of sun to relish the affection. Billy would do best in a quiet, calm home with another cat for emotional support.
