AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT! Hello! My name is Mato and I'm a 1-year-old, neutered, shepherd mix that currently weighs about 86lbs. My name means Bear and it's very fitting since I'm such a big, floofy, boy! My friends here at PHS say I'm still working on my impulse control and self-awareness so I'm hoping for a family that is prepared to continue my training. Bonus points if you're familiar with large breed boys like me! Since I have such a big and boisterous personality, I may be overwhelming for younger children. I'm a high energy guy that's ready for adventure! Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
