My story

What Tomato's foster says about him... There are too many great things to say about Tomato. Big personality in the sweetest little body. Very affectionate!!! Wants to snuggle all of the time but ready to play fetch when you are. Currently fostered with a cat and a dog and they get along but Tomato definitely wants to be the top dog. He is doing great on walks and he is very friendly with everyone he meets. Still working on perfecting housebreaking but he is doing a great job. Also perfect in a crate if need be. PLEASE NOTE- AN APPLICATION FROM THE WEBSITE ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG IS REQUIRED prior to any meet and greet. Calling, emailing and using the “contact us” link is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog. The adoption fee is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative and spay/neuter. All of our dogs will be microchipped. Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging.
