My story

Introducing Buster! He was brought to the shelter on 4/7 because he was on a journey to find his way home. Buster is only 3 years old and weighs a mere 49lbs. The volunteers describe him as sweet but a bit scared, cute, and adorable. The volunteers are working to help him come out of his shell little by little. We know the shelter can be a scary place for any pup. But with time, patience, devotion, unconditional love, he will blossom into the wonderful pup we know he is! He is a smart cookie as knows sit when asked and he may know more. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 83; his ID is 9238. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. Please make sure you have the time, space, and lifestyle for Buster so he can live his life properly. Buster is current on vaccines, neutered and will be microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Buster is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for his forever family to save his life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
