My story

Location: Dayton, OH Food: Earthborn Holistic Great Plains Feast Red Meat Protein Medication: Heart worm/flea/tick prevention (Nexguard Plus) I am just a tiny little man, but I have a huge amount of love for everyone I have met. I love my foster humans and the 7 other dogs here at my foster home. I love the small children (ages 6 and 4) across the street who come to snuggle on me and get lots of face kisses. I even say hi to the bunnies at my foster house although I do try to sneak into their hay and eat a piece or two before my foster parents find out. I am just laid back and love everyone. I am a very low energy kind of guy with a coupe exceptions. If you have food or you get down on my level and call me to you I take a couple steps before my hyperdrive kicks in and I speed up to a super fast run (at least I think it’s super fast. My foster parents don’t actually agree but what do they know?). I am quiet (rarely bark), am crate trained and working hard on potty training. I’m not a fan of the cold so that has been a struggle to go outside to potty when it’s cold or rainy out. I don’t mind going outside so much in nice weather or when I have a nice warm sweater on. My ideal home has lots of snuggles and I’d be good as an only dog or with a laid back friend or two to snuggle with during my nap times. I’m not much of a rough-houser. I am still a puppy so will need a home to continue working on potty-training and socialization. Good thing I’m small so I’m easy to take along places. Caution is advised with very small children as I am very tiny myself and could be easily injured if a kiddo falls on me and since I love to be right where the action and people are, I am always underfoot. Older kids who understand dog care and are careful would be better.
