My story

If you're looking for a dog with spunk, Lacy might just be your girl. She’s bursting with energy, has a strong personality, and is always ready to hit the ground running—literally. Walk time? She's already at the door with her leash (and probably dragging a volunteer with her).Lacy was found being an incredible mom to five puppies—yes, five! Given her past, she may have had to be on guard, so she doesn’t always roll out the red carpet for other dogs right away. But hey, can you blame a mama for being a little protective? She has now found a couple of dog friends to play with at the shelter. With some patience, love, and positive training, we believe Lacy will blossom into a loyal and loving family companion. She’s smart, spirited, and just waiting for the right person to help her channel all that sass into snuggles.Come meet Lacy—she’s got a lot of love (and zoomies) to give!Est.
