My story

Meet Jemal, a 2-month-old Staffie/Lab mix with a sleek black coat and a little splash of white on his chest. This sweet pup is the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly charm. Jemal is incredibly affectionate and absolutely obsessed with cuddling—he’s happiest curled up in your lap or lounging in the sun after zooming around the backyard. He loves his toys, especially ropes, squeaky ones, and tennis balls, and he’s great at keeping himself entertained. Jemal is crate trained and doing really well with potty training, having very few accidents. He’s already learning basic commands like “sit” and “come” and picks things up quickly for such a young pup. Like most teething puppies, he enjoys chewing and can be a bit of a nibbler, but he’s working on learning boundaries and is slowly starting to understand the word “no.” He doesn’t resource guard, isn’t sensitive to being touched, and hasn’t found his bark just yet—he mostly communicates with little whines when he wants attention. This cuddly guy gets along great with kids, adults, and men and women of all kinds. He hasn’t been tested with cats or elderly individuals yet, and he hasn’t had dog interactions due to not being fully vaccinated, but he’s calm when carried on walks and doesn’t react to people, dogs, or cars passing by. Jemal loves riding in the car, hardly sheds, and doesn’t beg at the dinner table. He also adores being pet, especially belly rubs and ear scratches, and often retreats to his crate when he wants to relax. He’s a happy little guy with a lot of love to give and will make a wonderful companion in a forever home.
