McFlurry was bounced from home to home and at times found himself out on the streets. McFlurry is such a nice boy that he didn't do well outside and now has tested positive for FIV. McFlurry is in good health and just needs a safe space to land. With lots of love, good nutrition and annual vet care McFlurry will be an amazing companion. Are you ready to be his forever family? You won't be sorry! This kitty has tested positive for FIV, similar to HIV in people. It can not be transmitted through casual contact, sharing food, water, or a litter box. It can not be transmitted to people or other pet species. It is typically only transmitted to other cats via a deep bite wound. FIV positive cats can live long and healthy lives! They do tend to have more dental issues and absolutely must be kept safely indoors at all times.
