Name: Justin Timberlegs Breed: Coton de Tulear Sex: Neutered Male Age: 10 months Weight: 10.5 lbs Has Medical Needs Good with dogs? Yes, he loves all dogs and is learning boundaries. He sniffles, wrestles and snuggles with other dogs in his foster home. Good with cats? Not Tested Good with kids? Yes, he is great with 1 and 7 year old kids. Energy level: Medium. Due to his disability, he is less capable of playing than he wants to be. He loves plush toys, balls and stuffies. Medical needs: Justin Timberlegs has no use of his back legs. He uses a wheelchair when not being carried around. He could easily become further injured and needs constant supervision and care. His back legs must be wrapped for protection before he goes outside and he must be kept safe from any dangerous scenario indoors or outdoors, since with his happy energy, he may try to do things he can’t, like use stairs. JT will benefit from acupuncture and/or stem cell therapy when he’s older due to the nature of his injuries. Animal Characteristics: Justin Timberlegs is a very sweet, loving, playful puppy who was severely and unrecoverably injured and has no muscle mass from his waist down. He needs a special adopter with a home that will safely accommodate his mobility issues. He absolutely loves people and craves attention!
