My story

Ollie is currently in foster-please see below and contact foster to meet Ollie!Ollie is a sweet and energetic one and a half-year-old dog who appears to be part basenji and part pit. He is incredibly intelligent and thrives on love and companionship. He is playful and affectionate, always eager to spend quality time with the people he trusts. While he is loyal and protective, he also is anxious. Ollie was left on our property last year as a pup. He needs a patient owner who understands his need for reassurance and structure, which he does respond well to. Ollie would do best in a pet-free home where he can receive undivided attention and plenty of exercise, especially through walks, which he absolutely loves. Ollie seems most comfortable with women and can still be a bit skittish when meeting new people. A calm environment where he has a lot of human company is ideal.
