My story

Meet Lexie Bear, a 2-year-old mixed breed with a bright personality and a resilient spirit. She was found as a stray in Miami-Dade County along with her five puppies, and they were all brought to Big Dog Ranch Rescue, where her puppies have since been adopted. Now it's Lexie Bear’s turn to find a family of her own. Lexie Bear has a playful, high-energy personality and loves to stay active. She’s always ready to chase a toy, go for a walk, or play with other dogs. She’s also very affectionate and enjoys being close to people—she’s just as happy curled up beside you for a cuddle as she is running around the yard. She’s good on a leash and gets along well with other dogs, making her a great match for a variety of home environments. Lexie Bear would do especially well with someone who’s new to owning a dog—she’s friendly, eager to connect, and easy to be around. After working so hard to care for her puppies, Lexie Bear is ready for a fresh start. She’s looking for a home where she can be active, feel safe, and get the love she deserves.
