Meet the Alcohol Drinks Litter! Ever wondered why we've listed their breed as a mix of Labrador and Chihuahua? Thanks to a DNA test on their mom, Margarita, we discovered she’s a delightful blend of 19 breeds—Labrador and Chihuahua being the most prominent! Dad is a mystery, so their adult size is anyone’s guess. This adorable group of 10 (5 boys and 5 girls) was born on March 6, 2025, and will be ready for their forever homes starting May 1, 2025. At 6 weeks old, they’re doing all the classic puppy things—chomping on kibble, wrestling with their siblings, and learning the ropes from the adult dogs in their foster home. Tequila is a beautiful brown, female, and the biggest of the litter so far, who currently weighs 8.4 pounds. If you are interested in adopting Tequila , please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.   **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. ** April 18, 2025, 11:13 am
