My story

Hi! My name is Yoda and I’m at the Santa Barbara Campus. I’m a 1 year old male Redbone Coonhound mix who is eager for a new home! I'm a very sweet, exuberant guy who really enjoys to sunbathe and hang out with you. I like chasing small critters like lizards and birds out of my space but turn it into a game of tag. I am pretty strong and do better with harness walks and basic manners training, I would also benefit from an active household that will actively work on training to help me be a little less jumpy. Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
