My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. George came to Tulare County Animal Services with a severely injured hind leg requiring immediate amputation. Thankfully their team sprang into action and treated his injury. He is recovering beautifully in our Depot and is ready to begin a new life. George is the sweetest and is currently housed with Duffy. They get along wonderfully! He likes to be with people and loves playing with toys. George doesn't even seem to realize that he is missing a back leg. He is going to make a great family companion!   If you are interested in adopting this dog, please complete an online application at www.cvrr.us Due to high demand  we anticipate multiple applications for each dog. Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone. Calling or emailing us to see if you are being considered will not expedite the process. If you have been selected for an interview we will contact you within 48 hours of submission. Thanks for your patience.  Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other  Saturday between 10 and 2.
