My story
Meet Dixie! She is a 6 year-old Cairn Terrier mix who weighs 19 lbs. She was surrendered to CHA when her owner could no longer care for her. Don`t let her age fool you, Dixie is a lively, playful girl. She is super inquisitive, and loves to sniff all around the yard. She also loves to play! Stuffed toys are her favorite, and she`s always down to chase, fetch, or play tug of war. Once she`s tired out, she`ll jump onto the bench for some cuddles. In her previous home, she lived with another dog and would likely do well with another dog sibling. Dixie can`t wait to find a new home, and she`d be the perfect addition to any family!
