Tessa

My story

Tessa is a highly social, though initially skittish, sweet and loving DSH brown tabby girl. She does not discriminate, she loves to play with toys, humans, and her feline companions alike. She has been observed in shelter chasing toys around the room with one of the female cats she came into the shelter with, as well as rubbing up against her feline friends and receive head- and belly-rubs from our dedicated volunteers. She is still young, and displays kitten-like curiosity and playfulness at times, while also having the calm, gentle demeanor of a dignified adult lady. She has also been observed running across the room to receive treats, at the sound of the treat container being pulled out, and spotted curled up on a volunteer's sweater in a moment of downtime. If she were a person, she is an introvert with a close-knit friend group that she loves to spend time with. Good with cats, respectful kids, unsure but likely a respectful dog as well.
