My story

Hi, I’m Buttercup!I’ve come such a long way, and everyone who meets me is SO proud of how far I’ve come! I came from a hoarding situation, but ever since being rescued, I’ve been learning what it’s like to be loved and cared for—and wow, do I love it.I’m all about people and affection. Seriously, I crave attention and snuggles like no other. Being close to my humans makes me happiest, and I’ve got so much love to give.I also do well with other dogs, especially ones who match my calm and friendly energy. And I’m making great strides with housebreaking too—every day I keep improving!I`m still getting the hang of leash walking, so I`ll need a little patience and encouragement to help me along the way.If you’re looking for a sweet, resilient, people-loving pup who’s ready to be your best friend (and maybe your shadow!), I think we’d make a perfect pair.Love,ButtercupI qualify for Foster First, which means you can foster me for 14 days prior to adoption to ensure I`m the perfect fit for your family!
