Meet Kilo – A Loving Husky Mix Ready for His Forever Home Kilo is a stunning 3-year-old husky mix with a heart as big as his gorgeous smile. After a rough patch where his rescue group walked away from their dogs, Kilo was incredibly lucky to land in the care of a compassionate military family who refused to give up on him. They gave him love, stability, and a safe place to stay while doing everything they could to find him a forever home. Now that the family has had to relocate due to military orders, Kilo is in a short-term foster and urgently needs a longer-term foster or, ideally, an adopter to give him the home he deserves. Kilo is the full package—affectionate, friendly, and well-socialized. He’s great with kids and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. True to his husky roots, he’s intelligent, curious, and has a playful streak—but what stands out most is his loving and loyal nature. He forms bonds quickly and wants nothing more than to be part of a family again.
