My story

Meet Tiny, a 2-year-old Shepherd mix who came to Big Dog Ranch after being found as a stray in Miami-Dade County. She arrived with her five puppies, all of whom have since been adopted. Now it’s Tiny’s turn to find the safe, loving forever home she deserves. Tiny is a gentle, shy soul who needs time to feel comfortable in new environments. Because of her timid nature, she would do best in a quiet home with older kids and a patient and understanding adopter who can give her the space and security she needs to build trust. She’s good with other dogs, which can help her feel more confident, but not suited for a home with cats due to her prey drive. Her low energy level makes her a great fit for apartment or condo living. Tiny may take a little time to open up, but once she feels safe, she has a sweet and quiet presence that will make her a loving and loyal companion. If you have a calm household and the experience to help a timid dog thrive, Tiny could be the perfect addition to your home.
