Petey

My story

𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗬 is the sweetest, resilient boy without a mean bone in his body. He was found as a “stray”, emaciated with pressure sores and urine stains up to his hips :( This happens when a dog is confined in a small space for extended periods of time. For it to be up to his hips absolutely breaks our hearts and we can’t imagine the level of neglect he experienced when he was supposed to be enjoying puppyhood. Despite it all, all he wants is to love and be loved and will lean into you for the good pets. His 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿 include: incredible puppy dog eyes, food motivated (making him eager to learn and please), knows “sit”, potty trained, crate trained, and rides well in the car. He LOVES other dogs and cats, and has been incredibly gentle with the kiddos he lives with. They call him Sweety Petey the gentle giant
