My story

Introducing Baylor! He was brought to the shelter on 4/12 because he was on a journey to find his way home. Baylor is only 2 years old and weighs a mere 57lbs. The volunteers describe him as a nice boy who is super sweet, really handsome, and obedient. He is calm inside in his kennel and spends his time napping on his bed while he waits for his second chance at a forever home. He is also a smart baby as he knows simple commands such sit when asked and he may know more. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 25; his ID is 9345. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. Baylor is current on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Baylor is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for his forever family to save his life. Please don't wait too long. He really needs you now more than ever! Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
