My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.A volunteer writes: Babs is approximately the shape of potato with 4 toothpicks stuck in it to represent her legs. Despite her age and extra large size, Babs is surprisingly spry. Babs is an older gal, but has notes that she is becoming "increasingly spritely" as she stays at the shelter, showing more of her sassy and silly self. Out in the yard, she uses all of her energy to run around as fast as you have ever seen a potato run. Our vet team has a note that she loves baby talk and oh boy does Babs make us squeal. They have also noticed some pain on her abdomen, but have not found a cause yet. Babs came to ACC with 2 other dogs and 2 cats. All of these animals were brought in without any information. Babs walks easily on the leash. Babs greeted a novel dog at the shelter with a loose and soft body. Babs is ready to go home! Primary Color: Tan Weight: 76.8 Age: 7yrs 1mths 2wks
