Quick Facts Name: Sharon Age: 4 years old Gender: Female Spayed/Neutered: Yes Breed: Jindo Mix Colour: White Weight: 17kg All About MeShe was a dog waiting for euthanasia at a shelter in Cheongju, Korea. But thanks to a warm helping hand, she was rescued and given a new chance at life.Sharon is very healthy and likes people so much that she approaches easily and lets them pet her, but she needs time with strangers. When receiving treats, she can be a bit cautious and may need some time to adjust to a new environment. She quickly becomes friendly with women but tends to take a little more time to build a relationship with men. She’s generally friendly, especially with smaller dogs or dogs her size. She may react if another dog is confrontational, so first meetings should be supervised and slow. However, she is especially friendly with small-sized friends. Once we get to know each other slowly, she is a dog who can show a bright smile to anyone. My PersonalityShe is a smart and calm dog with the typical traits of a Jindo. She is very affectionate with people and expresses closeness well. When nervous or in a new environment, my back legs may tremble slightly. But X-rays have shown no medical issues, and it was confirmed to be a temporary psychological response. That’s why she needs a stable space and warm attention more than anything in unfamiliar situations. She feels a bit uncomfortable when someone lifts me up by putting their arm under my belly. Social SkillsWith people – she is friendly, but I need a little time with strangers. After that, she gives affection and even lets people touch me. She quickly bonds with women and takes a bit more time with men. With children – she may feel a bit unfamiliar with young children and don’t have much experience. With other dogs – she is especially friendly with small dogs. She may react if another dog is confrontational, so first meetings should be supervised and slow. With cats – she hasn't lived with cats, and there are no observed responses. On My WalksShe loves walks. She has a lot of walking experience, so she doesn't pull on the leash and walk well alongside people. She only goes potty outdoors, so she needs outdoor potty time during walks. Life at HomeShe is very quiet. She needs to get used to the kennel since she has no experience with it, she might whine a bit inside. She doesn't guard food from people, but she may be a little wary if another dog comes close. She needs my own time while eating. My Ideal HomeSharon prefers a calm and stable environment. If you’re a gentle and patient family, Sharon will surely love you. A family who enjoys affectionate walks together, and someone who can always respect Sharon’s pace. Sharon will become a warm soul who can understand your heart just by looking into your eyes. Special NotesShe might need a little time, but to those who give her that time, she will give deep trust and love in return. For More YouTube Clips, Click Here!Sharon's YouTube Playlist ##2370141##
