Meet Penelope, a pint-sized bundle of charm with a heart as big as her floppy stuffies—which she proudly drags around like trophies. This irresistibly cute and curious pup is inquisitive and enjoys exploring new places and smells. Penelope adores attention, melts into cuddles, and thinks being held is the pinnacle of luxury. She gets along great with other dogs, especially if they admire her stuffy collection and don’t mind her declaring herself queen of the cuddle pile. ##2340494##
