My story

Hi there! I’m Millie! I’m 3 years old, but I still feel like a big, happy puppy! I’m a super sweet, silly girl who just really loves being close to my people. If you go somewhere, guess what? I’m coming too! Following you around makes me feel all safe and cozy inside. I know some fun things like “sit,” “stand up,” and “paw”—especially if you have yummy snacks! Oh boy, I LOVE snacks! I get so excited when it’s mealtime or when we go outside. Walks? I’m really good at those! And sometimes I just like to sit in the yard and watch all the fun stuff happening. So many sights, so many sounds!I’m housetrained (yep, I know where to go!) and I really, really love my crate. It’s my comfy little fort where I can relax.I also really like other doggies! I haven’t spent much time with kids yet, but I love meeting new people, especially the nice ladies. I can be a teeny bit shy around men at first, but if you’re gentle and kind, I’ll be your best buddy soon.Oh, and guess what? I’m a little goofball—I love shredding toys. It’s my favorite game! Sometimes I forget what’s a toy and what’s not… oops! Also, I’m pretty good at climbing fences (I call it my ninja trick), so I’ll need a yard that’s super safe and people who can keep a good eye on me.Even though I love my people, I don’t get sad when you leave—I just get a little curious and like to explore.
