✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Koko💞 💙 Koko's News Account: @be__my_family 1. Health Condition * Not spayed yet. * Microchipped. * Suspected to have grade 1 patellar luxation, so please be cautious to avoid excessive movement in daily life. 2. Rescue Story * Koko was living alone at the Gimje City Shelter. Due to the poor shelter conditions and her weak immune system, she contracted parvovirus and was urgently hospitalized. She was rescued by Adogs just as her treatment was coming to an end. 3. Basic Information * With People: Is a sweetheart who wags her tail when she sees people! When someone new sits near her, she’ll climb into their lap, show her belly, and nuzzle up affectionately. With familiar people, she loves to be held and cuddled. However, she might freeze if picked up suddenly, so please be gentle. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs! Adores canine friends and reads social cues well. Happily plays with dogs who match her energy, although she may get scared if a larger dog suddenly approaches. * Separation Anxiety: At first, she shows a little anxiety and may bark, but she soon calms down and relaxes in her kennel or plays alone quietly with toys. As a very young puppy, she needs consistent training. * Potty Training: Is 100% accurate on indoor pee pads. Because she likes cleanliness, she may go elsewhere if the pad is dirty—please replace it often. * Hygiene: When getting her nails trimmed, she may squirm at first but settles down if you continue calmly. * Walks: Got completely accustomed to the leash and now runs around with excitement! Likes people so much that she watches and chases them. * Car Sickness: Doesn't ’t get car sick. 4. Special Notes * As a young puppy, she may show behaviors like separation anxiety, potty habits, biting, nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling, and barking. Training is needed. * Because her parents are unknown, it’s difficult to predict her shedding or adult size. * Has learned “Sit” and “Wait,” and is working on becoming calmer through training. * Is in her teething phase and tends to chew hands or clothing. It’s best to redirect her with wood sticks or toys. * Loves food and sometimes rushes to eat other dogs’ meals, so supervision is needed. However, she’ll back off if another dog approaches her food. * Is sensitive to large movements and loud, sudden sounds—approach her gently. Since being held is still unfamiliar and uncomfortable for her, she may vocalize softly when picked up to express her discomfort.
