Twiggy

My story

Twiggy is an 18 month old Chihuahua who was found left in a crate in a parking garage. Her nipples were engorged, she had discharge coming from her lady parts, and her extremely long nails were painted red. Animal control picked her up and determined she had recently been taken from her puppies. Due to her condition she was labeled as medical once she became available so people looked passed her. We knew that this young mamma deserved a chance and a great new life. Twiggy is working in potty training but is doing very well. She would do best in more mellow home since fast movements and more active/hyper dogs can scare her. She is however good with dogs of all sizes and would be fine with cats. Twiggy would do best in a home with older children or no children.   Thank you for wanting to adopt from Hank's Legacy Foundation.
