My story

Hi, I’m Chino—a big ol’ softie with a heart just as large as my paws! I might look tough, but really, I’m just a goofy cuddlebug who loves snuggles, chasing tennis balls, and being as close to my humans as possible. I get along great with other dogs, cats, and even kids—I’m gentle with everyone and I’ve learned how to play nicely and share. I do get a little anxious when my people leave, but I’m working hard on trusting that they’ll always come back. I walk well on a leash, take treats politely, and love to lounge around after some good backyard romping. After a rough patch in the shelter, I’ve found my joy again and I’m ready for my forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who just wants to be your best friend, I’m your guy!
