My story

Hi, I&#39m Rhymney, a delicate little lady with striking short Seal Point Siamese coloring. I have a heart full of love just waiting for the right person to help it shine. I was born approximately 9/16/2023 and came to Wild Blue as a transfer from HSPPR who retrieved me and others from a breeding situation where things didn&#39t go quite as planned. Life&#39s been a bit overwhelming at times, so I can be pretty nervous when I first meet new people or find myself in new places. It may take me a while to adjust and I just need a bit of patience. But here&#39s the good news: once I feel safe and start to trust you, I really enjoy gentle pets and quiet companionship. I&#39ve got a soft, sweet nature and love to snuggle up with other calm natured cats. I prefer a soothing environment with few changes as it helps me feel safe and confident with my person. I&#39d be happiest in a calm home where I can bond with both humans and feline friends at my own pace. I think I&#39d do best with a family without kids, who can dedicate time to work with me and strengthen that bond. Another peaceful feline friend, or maybe even a gentle and quiet doggie buddy would be fine as long as you follow Wild Blue&#39s introduction procedures. I do like to play when no one&#39s watching too closely--it&#39s part of how I learn to feel safe and come out of my shell. Quieter toys like soft puff balls, toy mice, wiggly flannel strips are my favorites. If you&#39re patient, kind, and have a peaceful space where I can settle in at my own pace, I think we could be the perfect match. I may need a little extra time, but once I feel at home, I&#39ll be your gentle, affectionate little companion. Do you have room in your heart for a sweet soul like me?
