My story

Learn more hereRowan is a 2-year-old, 60-pound pittie mix with a heart as soft as her golden coat. After undergoing a complicated spay surgery, she’s now enjoying the calm of foster life and showing just how lovely she truly is. She’s the kind of dog who brings peace to a room—gentle, observant, and easy to live with. Rowan is potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and is happy to be your cozy nap buddy or your peaceful walking partner. She’s still decompressing in her foster home, but each day she reveals a little more of her playful charm. Right now, Rowan prefers to keep her distance from other dogs and would likely do best as your one-and-only for the time being. That said, her comfort level may grow with time, patience, and the right match. Rowan is looking for a kind-hearted adopter who will let her unfold at her own pace.
