My story

Payton’s journey hasn’t been easy. Found as a stray in Saucier, Mississippi, he’s faced more than his share of challenges. But despite his rough start, this sweet boy has never given up on love—or life.Now safe and cared for, Payton is showing his true colors: happy-spirited, gentle, and full of playful curiosity. He’s beginning to trust the world again, wagging his tail with joy and offering affectionate looks to everyone he meets.Payton is heartworm negative (great news!) and is currently being treated for demodex, a skin condition that he’s handling like a champ. Each day brings a little more healing and a lot more tail wags.This resilient pup is proof that love and care can make all the difference.
