My story

Say Hello to Artemis!This sweet goddess is hunting for her forever home! Artemis is a two year old 42 pound terrier mix who loves nothing more than playing fetch and hanging out with her favorite people. Sensitive in nature, new things and scenarios can be scary for Artemis. She takes some time warming up to new people, but with a touch of patience (and a few treats) she`s sure to be your best friend in no time! Due to her sensitive nature, we are recommending that if Artemis goes home with a family, the kiddos are aged 10 years or older. While Artemis shows potential to live with other dogs, she it takes her a little bit of time up to warm up to her canine companions. Therefore, we highly recommend slow introductions between her and her new dog siblings to ensure she is feeling safe and comfortable adjusting in her new home.
