You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lennon came to the shelter as an owner surrender. She was not doing well with the other female dogs in the home, which is not at all unusual. She is a bouncy little cockapoo who will be 4 years old in June. Lennon has been spayed and chipped and will be updated on all vaccinations on April 30th. Her fee is $150. Lennon is looking for a somewhat calm home without other dogs. She would do best in an adult only home (kids over 10 are fine). She has coexisted with cats just fine. She is still young and will require regular exercise. A potential adopter should be prepared for the regular grooming that she will require to keep her coat free from matting. She would love a home in which she is not left alone a lot. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. Keep an eye on your emails if you apply. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next door to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
