Chloe

My story

Chloe is a sweet girl who was a little shy but who warmed up quickly with kind words. She was a little hestitant about the leash but once outside the kennel she walked past all the dogs in kennel and didn’t react or bark back. She stopped when she saw people in the hall, but when she heard my voice she continued walking. She looked back at me several times while on the leash to be sure I was still there. In the yard she showed that she could sit immediately when asked. When she was rewarded with a treat she would lay down to enjoy. She went to potty and relieved herself soon after she entered the yard. She was very calm and laid down next to me. Her tail wagged when she met a dog across the fence. In fact she would walk to the fence to greet other dogs who passed by. She was startled by quick movements especially when I raised my hand. She showed some interest in chasing toys and even carried around a stuffed bird for a short time. Chloe is an adorable girl who warms up quickly to kindness. She trusted me immediately. She so wants a home where she can feel safe and be loved.
