Happy Mother's Day to all human, dog, and cat moms out there!* Simba has a playful spirit and a sweet, soulful gaze that could melt even the toughest heart. Simba is the perfect combo of playful and expert-level lap cuddler. Simba is currently enrolled in the prestigious School of Being a Good Boy, where he’s majoring in Potty Training and minoring in Kennel Toleration. He’s also taking intro-level courses in “Sit,” and “Stay.” This little guy is smart, eager to please, and just so full of love. Simba has been interested in the resident cat, and has given a playful chase a handful of times. While completely harmless, he would do best with a dog savvy feline that doesn't mind his playful nature. If you’re looking for a pocket-sized shadow with big ears and even bigger snuggles, Simba might just be your soulmate. Simba is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Simba is tested with other dogs, cats, children, and is kennel and potty trained. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
