My story

Hi my name is Sadie, but my foster mom has been calling me Chiklet because compared to all her big dogs I am so tiny. The rescue thinks I may be a pit / lab mix. I am approximately 10 weeks old.I am crate trained, almost potty trained, sometimes I have an accident if you don't move fast enough to let me out, but I am doing really good at alerting my foster mom when I need to go. I sleep in the crate all night like a good little baby, and only cry if I need to go out to potty. However it will cost you a treat for me to go in the crate. If you can afford a treat I will do anything you want!I love to be held and loved. My favorite thing to just sit with you, and get lots of pets, give lots of kisses and know that I am loved. I also like playing with the other dogs in the foster home. I like it so much I think I would like a home with at least one other dog that has some energy and will play with me, and I am most content when I get some much needed puppy play time in.I love soft pillows to sleep on, and I love chewy toys. Right now there are lots of Nylabones laying around everywhere, and I get to pick whatever one I want to chew on. It's awesome, so just know I will need some indestructible chew toys. I am not into the soft toys too much as they rip apart, and the I get sad.I also really love kiddos! My foster mom has a daycare, so I have able to meet and play with kids ages 2 and up, and I do wonderful. I approach with wagging tail, give lots of kisses, and collapse in their lap to be pet. If they push me away, it's no big deal, I can just move on to another kiddo, and start over with kisses!You can apply to meet me at ricopetrecovery.org!
