My story

Sail the seven seas with pirate Pumba!Pumba came to EHS from an overcrowded municipal shelter. Not much is known about him yet other than he had an eye issue and the vet recommended its removal. While he’s understandably shy and scared about his new surroundings, he’s a trooper and is starting to show an affectionate personality with his foster family. ABOUT PUMBA: -In temporary foster-Adult, domestic shorthair (tabby), male-Pumba is known to hiss and hide when he is unsure about his environment.-A slow and gentle approach will help him get used to humans.-Once he warms up to you, Pumba accepts pets on the paws, cheeks, and head. -He will even purr, roll over for tummy rubs, and hold on to you if he hasn’t had enough affection!-Pumba is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.PUMBA’S IDEAL HOME:-Pumba would thrive in a quiet home with a patient family who will help him feel safe. -We’re not sure if Pumba will get along with small children.-We don’t know if Pumba will enjoy the company of other cats or pets. ‘Arrr’ you hooked on pretty Pumba?
