My story

Meet Riley – The Reformed Wild Child with a Heart of Gold Hi, I’m Riley! Once upon a time, I was a feral kitten with a serious attitude—ears back, bitey, and full of “don’t touch me” energy. Out of my siblings, I was definitely the wild one. My foster family had their work cut out for them, and they gave me my very own tower kennel right in the dining room so I could hear the hustle and bustle of daily life (think: loud TV, vacuuming, homework arguments—you name it). Safe to say, I’m not fazed by noise! Now? Well, I love men the most. My foster mom is a bit upset with me but she will get over it. I meet him in the morning for early pets. I run around and play with their kitties and then crash. Something to do with his voice? I spent some time at another foster home and I only went to the foster dad. lol. Maybe I feel it just needs to be us guys. I might not be a kitty that will play with your kids, so think teenager and up. I adore other cats, especially playful ones who like to zoom around the house with me. Toys are my jam—soft mice, catnip toys, anything I can toss in the air and pretend I’ve heroically hunted down. I take playtime very seriously. My foster mom tells me every day that I’m a good boy—and handsome too. If you’ve ever loved a shy kitty before, you’ll understand that the trust we build together will be something special. Bonus points if you have other playful feline friends waiting for me!
