It is a disease that can`t be treated, but he is still able to live a happy and healthy life! FeLV is shed in the saliva and can be transmitted to other cats from behaviors like grooming and head butting as well as shared water or food bowls. The risk of transmission is moderate, so the adopter will need to use their best judgment regarding co-housing with negative resident cats.My adoption fee has been waived so I will be free to a good home!
