Meet Jagger – A Gentle Giant with a Heart Full of Puppy JoyJagger is a 9-month-old Great Pyrenees mix who currently weighs 55 pounds (and still growing!). With his soft eyes, fluffy coat, and easygoing nature, Jagger is the kind of pup who melts hearts the moment you meet him.He’s a super sweet and friendly boy who absolutely adores other dogs. Playtime is one of his favorite parts of the day—he loves to romp, wrestle, and chase with his dog pals. While he may be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn’t take long before he opens up and shows you his happy, goofy puppy side.Once he feels comfortable, Jagger transforms into a bouncy, tail-wagging ball of joy who’s always ready for belly rubs and attention. He’s eager to bond and thrives in a home that will continue to build his confidence while also giving him plenty of love, playtime, and structure.Whether he’s lounging in the yard, making new canine friends, or learning the ropes of family life, Jagger is ready to bring warmth, fun, and unconditional love to his forever home.Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with time and a gentle approach, most of these dogs adapt quickly.
