My story
Phyllis has such a cute wrinkly face! This sweet girl can be a bit insecure at times, so she will benefit from a gentle and patient adopter. Phyllis also appears to be inexperienced and overwhelmed by other dogs, so HSBV is requiring she be the only animal in her next home. Additionally, to help set her up for success, HSBV will only rehome her to a family without children or with children over the age of 10.
