My story

This is Cassie, a Red Heeler (Cattle Dog) mix with the sweetest face possible! Cassie came to us from another rescue, after being saved from a hoarding situation. She is 9 years old and weighs 46 lbs. Cassie is incredibly sweet but absolutely hates being in her kennel at the shelter! She cries and barks--all she wants is to get out and then she dreads going back in after walks. Poor girl is really hoping to find a forever home fast! She will make a great family dog. She’s not overly energetic and just has a calming energy about her. She lived around other dogs in the past and may benefit from doggy friends. We think she would be fine with children.
