My story

We are a volunteer based group and are unable to handle the call volume. ** PLEASE fill out the adoption interest application at: https://apath4paws.org/adoption-application/ (copy and paste into your browser) WE HOLD ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. Becky is about 3 yrs old and weighs about 38 lbs. Her owner surrendered her to the rescue after she spent her entire life, left in a back yard. The wife would not allow her inside the home so she was never trained. She is a very fast learner and extremely eager to please so with patience and schedules she will be a wonderful family member. She never had any interaction with other dogs, but she has ignored even the ones trying to get aggressive with her, simply because she does not know how to read doggie social ques. She should only be placed with very social male dogs because she has no idea what they would be telling her in body and verbal language. More will be known about me soon. She is interested in a family with bulldog experience. This breed CAN NOT be left outdoors due to the the special care required with their "pushed in" faces, and unusual structure. They can overheat very quickly. Bulldogs can come with some health issues as they get older. Pet Insurance is a must for this breed. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Becky into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply).
