My story

Meet Sassy! This 10-lb. Chihuahua landed at PK after being picked up as a stray. She is 8+ years old. Sassy has earned her name, as she is confident and assertive! She is extremely friendly and outgoing with everyone but will tell you when she has had enough handling. She’s not a huge fan of being carried around. Sassy is open to meeting other dogs and can be kitty-tested upon request. She’d prefer a home without young kids, as they may not understand her body language when she tells them she doesn’t want to be handled.
