My story

Meet KoKo Such a sweet girl.... KoKo was recently surrendered to the rescue from a family who could no longer care for her. We arranged for KoKo to be spayed, vaccinated and put on flea and tick and heartworm prevention. KoKo is a 2 year old spayed female. We think her breed mix could be the following... Whippet, Shepherd type and Possibly Basenji... DNA test is in the mail, just waiting on results. KoKo currently weighs 23 pounds. She needs to gain more weight, she is still quite skinny. Her ideal weight should be 25 / 26 pounds. KoKo was surrendered very scared and skittish. She quickly came out of her shell in foster. She does very well with other dogs, but they need to be respectful of her space. She is not a fan of a pushy in your face dog. KoKo is 100% Potty trained. She loves going for walks. We are working on getting her comfortable with a fenced yard. KoKo loves car rides and being with her humans. She is very affectionate and goofy. Such a happy pup. KoKo will be a great family dog, or a companion for someone. She is crate trained and very comfortable in the crate.
