Meet Ruby! This tiny five-pound firecracker is ready to light up someone’s life! Ruby is a five-year-old Chihuahua with a huge heart and a big personality packed into her petite frame. She’s loyal, loving, and deeply devoted to her person — once you’re hers, you’re hers for life.   Ruby has been through a lot and deserves a home where she can be the center of attention.
