My story

Flor is sweet, happy, and playful girl. As a one-year-old, she is energetic and mischievous, but with training she will develop into a beautiful dog. Her potty training has begun and will require work from the adopter. Crate training and routine will assist greatly with this. She is shy at first, but with gentle encouragement and treats she opens up quickly! She would greatly benefit from being in a house with another dog who she can learn from and gain confidence, but she could be a single dog with an owner who helps gain her confidence too. Flor was found on a street with her 7 babies and fortunately brought to the shelter at SOS el Arca Animal Rescue where she and her babies thrived. She is now ready for the next chapter with a loving home. This beautiful and graceful mama has a chance to come to New York in May, and she is available for direct adoption or foster-to-adopt. Flor is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, 4dx tested: negative for heart worm, currently on flea/tick/heart worm prevention, and dewormed.
