Figgy Spritz

My story

Figgy Spritz is a stunning tortoiseshell queen with a spark in her soul and so much love to give. Rescued after being abandoned outside, Figgy fought through a painful paw injury originally thought to be frostbite but later diagnosed as a combination of frostbite and pillow foot. Thanks to her devoted foster mom and an amazing veterinary team, she received the urgent care she needed, including surgery, laser therapy, and daily wound management. Against all odds, Figgy is now thriving and nearly fully healed! Figgy is playful, curious, and loves a good window perch where she can watch the world go by. She’s loves attention from her people and is always ready to entertain with her sassy tortie personality. Due to an underlying autoimmune disease, Figgy has a history of pillow foot and stomatitis, both of which are now managed with care. To stay feeling her best, she will need a hypoallergenic diet and daily lysine supplements to help support her immune system long-term. While Figgy is currently housed near other cats, she's being kept separate for now to ensure she's feeling her absolute best as she finishes her medication course. Based on what we've observed, Figgy tends to do better with male cats than females and would do best with calm, respectful feline friends or she’d be just as happy as your one and only! Figgy is FIV/FeLV negative (double tested), will be spayed in a few weeks and is fully vaccinated, and is looking for a forever home that will cherish her resilient, fiery, affectionate heart.
