My story

Meet Biscuit – Your New Best Friend! At just 2 years old and 51 lbs of pure affection, Biscuit is a people-loving pup who’s ready to bring joy and companionship into your life. She’s house trained, respectful of your home, and can be left alone without a crate—no destruction, no drama, just a good girl waiting for your return. Biscuit’s most charming quality? Her deep love for people. Despite her medium size, she truly believes she’s a lap dog and will happily curl up close to soak in all the cuddles she can get. Her affectionate nature also makes her a great candidate for outings—she’d likely thrive in pet-friendly cafes, parks, or anywhere she can be near her favorite humans. She’s had positive experiences with other dogs and could enjoy a canine companion, but she’s not a fan of feline friends, so a cat-free home is best. While she hasn't been tested in a crate, her calm and gentle demeanor suggests she may take to one just fine. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal shadow who will always be by your side (or in your lap), Biscuit is your girl. Come meet her—you just might find your heart’s missing piece! As always, we strongly recommend bringing any resident dogs to the shelter for a meet and greet with potential new family members to be sure it's a good match. If bringing a dog for a meet and greet, please bring proof of up to date rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccines.
