My story

Hi, I’m Paisley. I might seem a little shy and skittish when we first meet—this shelter life can be a lot for a sensitive soul like me. But give me just a little time and patience, and you’ll see the real me shine through.Once I warm up, I’m incredibly sweet and love being near my people. Toys are my favorite—I’ll pick one out and carry it proudly in my mouth wherever I go. It’s kind of my thing, and it always makes everyone smile.I do get pretty excited on walks because there’s just so much to sniff and explore! A harness helps a lot since I tend to pull when I’m soaking in all the smells of the world.If you’re the kind of person who understands that love and trust take time, I promise I’ll be the most loyal, toy-carrying, heartwarming companion you could ask for. Let’s discover the world together—one sniff at a time.I qualify for Foster First, which means you can foster me for 14 days prior to adoption to ensure I’m the perfect fit for your family!
